Mentoring Training | Supporting the mental health of colleagues and volunteers

Exclusive to members of our 2020-21 mentoring programme, we are running a virtual training session which will allow attendees to understand and be able to identify potential mental health issues. The training will provide practical tools and guidance for supporting colleagues and volunteers. The session will be run by an expert trainer from the mental health charity Mind.

Online workshop | Supporting your community: mental health and wellbeing

Findacure is pleased to announce its next online workshop, which will provide guidance and practical advice to patient groups seeking to better support the mental health of their respective rare communities.

Taking place in 90-minute interactive sessions across three days, the workshop will delve into how patient groups can best prepare themselves to meet the mental health needs of their community, how to support patients and families going through challenging circumstances, and showcase examples of mental health projects already taking place in the field.
